Job summary

ETE REMAN, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across processes and teams.

You will supervise a diverse crew, coordinate production plans, monitor inventory and output, and uphold ETE Reman’s standards and safety protocols while meeting deadlines and production targets.

As a supervisor, you carry considerable responsibility and play a vital role in leading your team to success . You are the conductor from start to finish—ensuring that each process, person, and product meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your day will be spent leading, monitoring, and managing production processes, procedures, employees, jobs, goals, quality standards, and inventory . You will identify and implement improvements, coach team members, and ensure that work is completed in the most efficient and organized manner possible.

Additionally, you’ll support other areas and departments as needed, maintaining a helpful, proactive approach to ensure daily demands are met and operations run smoothly within your area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager and other Supervisors as needed; communicate any inventory or production issues promptly.

Maintain the ability to manage, coach, and communicate with all employees in a professional and respectful manner.

Take on and assign responsibilities; develop, implement, and monitor improvement plans; lead by example.

Motivate employees by using critical thinking and sound judgment when managing and addressing issues.

Monitor employee time punches and PTO using UKG; conduct performance reviews and hold employees accountable.

Maintain one-piece workflow; ensure job and serial numbers remain accurate and organized.

Perform and verify quality checks; ensure adherence to all established processes and procedures.

Ensure employees are productive, at their workstations on time, and working their scheduled hours.

Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards.

Train new personnel and work overtime as required to meet production needs.

Follow directions from Managers and Human Resources; proactively lead the department toward success.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, model punctuality and consistency.

Adhere to all safety rules, maintain excellent attendance, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Essential Functions:

Computer literate with strong communication and math skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma preferred. Detail-oriented with automotive or mechanical ability a plus .

Willingness to work in a hands-on environment that can be dirty at times and may involve handling chemicals.

Skilled in working with your hands, using manual tools (must provide your own), and operating various instruments.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours a day, and perform effectively under pressure.

Demonstrate a can-do attitude with strong time management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Self-motivated and proactive; believe in teamwork and maintain a willingness to help others.

Adhere to all safety rules, give your best effort every day, and maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
