Position Purpose/Summary: Ensures student safety by providing supervision during non‑instructional periods and maintains secure learning environments through playground supervision.
Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated clerical proficiency, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to interact with students, staff, and families.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information; communicate clearly both orally and in writing, reason and make appropriate decisions, solve problems in various situations, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; occasionally lift, carry, move, push, or pull up to 20 pounds; stand, walk, or run for extended periods on uneven surfaces; work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions including extreme heat, sun, rain, snow, and cold during playground supervision and bus duty.
Employment is at‑will for 9 months, beginning on the specified start date. The work calendar is provided and may be modified as needed.
Salary will be disbursed in 24 equal payments per the employee’s choice.
Performance is evaluated annually according to board policy.
