Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor for Radiation Therapy to join our REMARKABLE acute care team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role requires leadership of a radiation therapy team and oversight of clinical operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years as a Radiation Therapist, and 3 years supervisory experience, plus ARRT in Radiation Oncology. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and intranet/internet is required.

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in health related field.
• Experience: Five years as staff Radiation Therapist, required. Three years supervisory experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Graduate of accredited Radiation Therapy program, required. Board certified by ARRT in Radiation Oncology, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Intranet/Internet.
