Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, is seeking a Radiation Therapy Supervisor to lead a high-performing team on the Main Campus. You will partner with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, staff engagement, and efficient clinical operations.

This role emphasizes coaching, workflow improvement, regulatory compliance, and a culture of professionalism and compassionate care, with flexible shifts Monday–Friday and exposure to cutting-edge radiation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
  • New York State license (or eligibility).
  • Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience.
  • Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, time-off, and overtime to maintain equitable coverage.
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, implement new initiatives, and enhance operational performance.
  • Support quality, regulatory, and radiation safety standards while promoting a culture of professionalism and compassionate care.

As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations.
