Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Supervisor of Quality Services to lead daily operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and drive quality improvement initiatives across the division.

You will coordinate performance improvement, patient safety activities, and regulatory readiness while providing consultation and education to staff and partnering with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years clinical experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety concepts.

Facilitates staff management in a multi skilled, multi-functional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, and management/monitoring of resource utilization. Provide project management and facilitation, as well as clinical oversight and support for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Provide consultation and education within the division and across the System in the area of Performance Improvement and/or Peer Review.
