The Supervisor for Utilization Management plays a key role in leading, facilitating, and managing the hospital utilization management program in the Washington - NW Region. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating appropriate services and resources to optimize patient outcomes. The UM Supervisor supports the Washington NWR Director of Care Management through ongoing assessment and evaluation of hospital activities.

The base pay range for this role is $61.91 - $97.72, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials, bonuses, and incentives.
