Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products seeks a Production Planning Supervisor to lead scheduling, inventory control, and master data management for our Columbus and Franklin facilities. You will ensure product availability, accuracy, and customer service while directing a team of scheduling and inventory professionals.

Responsibilities include balancing demand with capacity, maintaining BOMs and routings in JD Edwards, and driving KPI improvements in inventory turns and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong inventory control and manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling activities to balance customer demand, inventory requirements, and manufacturing capacity.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage finished goods, raw materials, consignment, obsolete, and excess inventory to optimize working capital and service levels.
• Maintain product master data, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and item setup within JD Edwards.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and product revisions.
