This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, customer service performance, and operational efficiency while leading a team of scheduling and inventory professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead production scheduling activities to balance customer demand, inventory requirements, and manufacturing capacityOversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiativesManage finished goods, raw materials, consignment, obsolete, and excess inventory to optimize working capital and service levelsMaintain product master data, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and item setup within JD EdwardsSupport new product introductions, engineering changes, and product revisionsDevelop and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, schedule attainment, inventory turns, and customer serviceDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system effectivenessLead, coach, and develop scheduling and inventory control personnelPartner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in production scheduling, inventory management, or manufacturing operationsStrong inventory control and manufacturing experienceProven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supervising employees in a manufacturing environmentAPICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or similar certificationExperience with continuous improvement initiativesTechnical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Office skillsWorking knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and DSI systemsExperience with reporting and data analytics toolsWhy Join Us?Join a team committed to operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
