Cadrex is searching for a Production Supervisor II responsible for supervising, directing, and motivating employees to achieve goals related to quality, production, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all plant operations and execute production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing capacity, resources, and costs.
2. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-quality products according to specifications and standards.
3. Monitor plant performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
4. Enforce safety regulations and lead safety initiatives to reduce accidents and injuries.
5. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
6. Manage operating costs and identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
7. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives.
8. Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve issues and maintain quality systems.
9. Coordinate with supply chain to ensure raw materials are procured timely and inventory is managed effectively.
10. Report plant performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capacity planning and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years as a production supervisor or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, inventory, and manufacturing software.
• High School Diploma required.
