Tempur Sealy in Conyers, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a department within the production process and drive safety and quality across daily operations.

You will oversee team activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with management to improve efficiency and safety. A high school diploma is required; a related degree is preferred and 2 years of supervisory experience is expected.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry programs.

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to achieve production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team's output for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach and enforce company safety policies to aim for zero incidents.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve production and safety.
• Help mediate conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $88,000

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team's output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.
