Job summary

Tempur Sealy is hiring a Production Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead a production department and drive safety, efficiency, and quality in the manufacturing process. You will oversee a team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

You will train and coach staff, maintain records, and foster positive relationships while addressing performance and attendance. Strong communication and skills in Excel/Word are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supervising others and maintaining efficient work groups.
• Ability to develop, communicate and maintain positive interpersonal relationships among employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving urgency.
• Solid computer skills including data entry, Excel, and Word.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping procedures and seeing that they are adhered to.
• Recommends changes or improvement in methods, equipment, handling or lay‑out.
• Responsible for controlling scrap and waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

Salary Range: $74,500 to $101,000
