Job summary

Sibelco seeks a Supervisor Production at its site in Wyszków, Poland. You will ensure activities align with the production schedule, supervise the production team including subcontractors, and uphold safety and health as the top priority.

Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:**Ensure activities are performed according to the production schedule • Collaborate with the production scheduler • Align with production scheduler and if needed with production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be metSupervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way. • Ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors, perform their activities considering safety and healthy as the highest priority. • Motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviour/issues. • Ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities. • Control the activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team on time when problems arise.Supervise the Production activities in the Site according to the Operational Excellence principles. • Motivate people to strive to continuous improvement.Strive to the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.Motivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth.**Employee Type:**Permanent**Why Join Us?**Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
