Magna Exteriors is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Illinois facility. The role focuses on supervising production staff, scheduling shifts, and administering performance appraisals to maintain high productivity and quality standards.

You will manage disciplinary actions as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
