Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead lean processes and continuous improvement.
• Resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain accurate production metrics and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Cross-train in other functional areas to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.
