We are seeking a qualified Supervisor Planning, I&C Maintenance to oversee maintenance planning activities at Constellation, the nation's leading producer of clean, carbon-free energy. This role involves supervising, developing, and coaching planning staff, ensuring work packages are prepared according to plant procedures, and supporting plant safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance planners for scheduled and emergent work, ensuring activities comply with regulations and procedures.
  • Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for planners.
  • Review and approve work packages, verify work instructions, and ensure quality and readiness.
  • Prepare and revise work instructions for maintenance and modifications.
  • Act as backup to the Maintenance Planning Manager when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years' experience in instrumentation and controls, with at least 3 years in planning functions supporting E-0 duties.
  • Positive Leadership Assessment (FLS) completion.
  • Excellent communication, computer, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year technical degree or related experience.
  • Root Cause Analysis training.
  • Two-year technical degree with extensive utility or industry experience.
