Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in the Montgomery County area to support the management team, drive sales, and maintain store standards. You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead by example to deliver an outstanding shopper experience.

The role requires flexible availability (including evenings and weekends) and may involve occasional travel to other store locations. Join a winning team and help elevate our brand in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel environment preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Overview

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers every day. You love being part of a winning team and you bring your energy to work every day.

The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $10.75/Hr -USD $14.75/Hr.
