Responsibilities
Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a shuttle operation, ensuring operations comply with contractual guidelines, company policies, and foster good client relations.

  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations.
  • Support management duties as assigned.
  • Provide courteous assistance to customers.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as directed.
  • Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
  • Help with cleanup of debris, spills, and other tasks; substitute as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of shuttle routes, landmarks, and area geography.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training preferred, especially supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations.
  • Valid driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
  • Availability for various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations.
  • Sound judgment and physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00/hour
