McLaren Health Care, headquartered in Michigan, seeks a Supervisor of Patient Care Services for Licensed Practical Nurses to lead designated units, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Position Summary: The Supervisor of Patient Care Services, in conjunction with the Manger Nursing Services, is responsible for designated unit-based clinical and educational assessment, development, evaluation, improvement and outcomes for residents, staff and physicians (when applicable). Performs work processes to support the Mission and Core Values and Beliefs to accomplish organizational goals and positive patient outcomes. Participates in designated organizational initiatives and projects. Works in a collaborative manner within a multidisciplinary team.
