About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
• Opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring safe and legal trading
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge
• Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
• Receiving full training in ear piercing
• Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school required
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of Customer Service importance
• Strong math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools to place merchandise and assist customers
• Ability to operate POS system
