Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Valet Parking Attendants at our hospital partner. The role involves building a cohesive team, approving bi-weekly scheduling and payroll, and guiding daily operations with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Core hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a 40–50 hour week and on-call as needed for incident reporting. A strong leadership background and excellent communication are required to maintain a high

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience.
• Valet or fleet management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Valet Parking Attendants.
• Approve bi-weekly payroll and manage scheduling.
• Coordinate with office and leadership teams; provide direction and training.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure shuttle inspections and maintenance.

Leadership experience is a MUST. We will provide detailed training on our service and safety policies and procedures.
