Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a field-based residential connectivity sales team. You will supervise daily operations, set targets, and drive growth in our home connectivity offerings across assigned territories.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s in business/marketing, and strong English communication. Expect travel and a dynamic, customer-facing role with comprehensive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base

• Capability to travel using a reliable personal vehicle, including in adverse weather conditions
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Familiarity with operating systems, consumer and commercial communications devices and software applications
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Accurate documentation skillsValid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
• Capability to lift and transport 10-20 pounds
• Ability to adjust focus and maintain close and peripheral vision
• Willingness to conduct door-to-door sales in local communities for extended periods
