Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee Site Visit Reviewers and support daily screening operations. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, coordinate documentation, and manage scheduling, time off, travel, hiring, and onboarding.

You will mentor direct reports, assist QA/training teams, and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues, maintain trackers, and elevate concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Social Work, Public Policy, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, workforce development, human services, or public policy; direct supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned staff and distributes workflow accordingly.
• Coordinates project activities with the project team, management and the client.
• Provides federal policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Participates in weekly status updates and monthly status reports with clients and project team.
• Manages and tracks project budget and invoicing.
• Ensures assigned staff reach and maintain productivity and quality assurance goals.
• Participates in all OMS staff trainings.
• Conducts staff performance evaluations.
• Analyzes financial reports and data sets for compliance with state and federal standards.
• Coordinated and completed special projects as assigned.

The Operations Supervisor oversees Site Visit Reviewers and supports daily screening operations by coaching staff, monitoring productivity and record-review workflows, coordinating documentation, scheduling, time off, travel, hiring, training, evaluations, time sheet approvals, and onboarding. The role partners closely with Lead Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Training, and Onsite leadership to resolve technical or scheduling issues, communicate findings, document provider interactions, maintain operational trackers and spreadsheets, ensure staff deliverables are completed, and elevate concerns to the Operations Manager as needed. The supervisor also mentors direct reports and assist the project QA/training team as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Range: $56,300 - $75,000
