Job summary

DP World in Perris, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team, ensure safe operation of material handling equipment, and drive daily production metrics.

You will monitor performance, enforce safety and process standards, and coordinate with the materials department to ensure on-time receipt and shipment of materials. A HS Diploma/GED is required, with experience in automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain logistics, plus strong leadership.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience and/or training regarding Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
• Quality systems knowledge - monitor staff performance and costs within the department.

About The Role

How you will contribute

Your Key Qualifications
