Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy Fontana facility, managing day‑to‑day operations and mentoring a team of associates and service providers to meet daily targets in a growth‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/e‑commerce, strong organizational skills, data‑driven mindset, and familiarity with warehouse automation. Emphasis on safety, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics management / e-commerce / retail.
  • Basic understanding of import and export processes.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of associates.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technology and how to leverage it to improve throughput and efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills.
  • Succinct communications skills.

  • Set the leadership tone with calm, positive, forward-thinking leadership in a high‑pressure environment.

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on‑time delivery to buyers. Role Overview

As the Operations Supervisor at GOAT, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and management of GOAT’s local facility. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail‑oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving dynamic start up environment.

Strong decision‑making skills will be critical for this role as the operational needs of the facility can fluctuate day‑to‑day. The planning, organization, and execution of completing operational goals can be challenging during our current growth, so it will be important that this position will work as a calm, objective focused leader to make sure targets are met daily.

In this role, you will:

  • Promoting a strong safety culture and healthy work environment
  • Lead, manage and cross‑train a team associates and service providers
  • Ensure best implementation in operations of inbound, inventory, verification, outbound, return, fulfillment and logistics
  • Work with multiple departments to resolve potential delays and slippages
  • Spearhead continuous improvements to increase efficiency, quality and reduce costs
  • Engage in cost‑benefit analyses, seeking to obtain best prices for materials and overseeing production methods to optimize output to peak efficiency levels
  • Regularly monitor expenses, diminishing spend where possible if necessary to stay on budget
  • Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve handling flow and customer experience
  • Set the tone of the leadership team with a calm, positive, focused and forward motion leadership style in a high pressure, fast work environment with consistent changes
  • Be knowledgeable of the company’s goals
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for:

  • Have minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in a supervisory role preferably within the logistics management / e‑commerce / retail or other similar sector
  • Have basic understanding on import and export processes
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of associates
  • Is highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Possesses a financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technology (e.g., conveyor systems, sortation equipment) and how to leverage it to improve throughput and efficiency
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills
  • Succinct communications skills
  • Must be able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
