Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Bartlett, IL distribution center to lead a team of warehouse associates on the Vas/QA team and to ensure top-notch service for customers. The role focuses on coaching, developing staff, and meeting daily performance metrics while driving efficiency and compliance.

The schedule runs 12pm–8:30pm, Monday–Friday, or until work is completed, with a salary in the $70k–$72k range and a strong total rewards package.

About the Role (Job Summary)

We're seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Operations Supervisor at our 475,000 square ft. distribution center in Bartlett, IL. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team of warehouse associates on our Vas/QA team. This position will be accountable for delivering top-notch service to our customers while inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve daily performance standards and metrics.

Schedule: This role’s hours will be 12pm-8:30pm, Monday - Friday, or until the work is done.

Salary: 70-72K

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate.

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $63,200 - $105,300
