Job summary

Grainger is seeking an experienced Supervisor Onsite Services to lead KeepStock operations across Erie, PA, Corning, NY, and surrounding areas. The role combines team leadership with field service excellence, ensuring timely stock management and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work setting.

The position requires 3+ years in retail/manufacturing, P&L understanding, and strong collaboration with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in retail, manufacturing or industrial business, with some leadership experience.
• Understanding of financial and economic concepts to perform P&L tasks.
• Situational leadership experience in a matrixed environment and lead others not directly within span of control.

Responsibilities

• KeepStock Management/Leadership: Coach a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to maintain customer accounts within a geography or customer and stock and organize products on time using essential tools and metrics.
• Select, coach, and retain a diverse team.
• Set the example and coach leaders in their understanding and commitment to Grainger values.
• Financial Performance/Resource Management: Manage KeepStock projects in the service geography focused on improving productivity and profitability of the KeepStock offering.
• Ensure proper solutions and resources are being offered/deployed to customers.
• Partnerships to influence Growth: Partner with the sales team, providing expertise in Keepstock offer to help sales team exceed incremental sales growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and partner with the sales & branch teams to identify and address service opportunities.
• Be a strong KeepStock advocate by building an internal network with local Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Consulting collaborators.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,900.00 – $113,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

The Supervisor Onsite Services leads a team and oversees all Onsite services (KeepStock - our customer managed inventory solution) within a specific geography and customers. Ensure execution of the onsite services activities through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, customer service, sales growth, and cost to serve.

This position covers Erie, PA and Corning, NY to Binghamton, NY areas. Eligible candidate will reside and travel throughout this area.

• Maintain customer relationships and partner with the sales & branch teams to identify and address service opportunities.
• Be a strong KeepStock advocate by building an internal network with local Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Consulting collaborators

You Have
