- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Responsible for direct supervision of PFS daily operations as defined by Operations Manager and PFS Director. Provides supervision and technical support to PFS staff. Interviews, makes hiring recommendations, and completes performance reviews. Responsible to the System Operations Manager for all duties outlined. Reports significant problems, events and occurrences in a timely manner; consults routinely to clarify policy and department goals and objectives.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- The Regional Business Office is responsible for the accurate and timely follow-up on claims for services provided at all lines of business in all service locations.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years experience in Patient Financial Services or an Access related position required.
- Two (2) years in a healthcare supervisory/leadership position required.
- Experience or training with Data Analysis and process improvements required.
