Job summary

Methodist Hospital Westover Hills is seeking a Supervisor of Electrophysiology Lab to oversee the Cardiac Cath and EP Lab operations. You will manage daily activities, ensure inventory and staffing, and maintain high patient-service standards.

This role also includes physician liaison duties and staff development to support cardiovascular care excellence. The position emphasizes training, quality improvement, and close collaboration with clinical leadership to enhance outcomes and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
• 2 years previous healthcare experience is required, preferably in a cardiovascular or nursing role.
• Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides management and coordination for the daily operation of the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs. What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.

2 years previous healthcare experience is required, preferably in a cardiovascular or nursing role

Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:

Required: New hires must have ONE of the certifications listed below:

A.) Current RCIS Certificate, or RCES and/or

B.) Current Texas RN License, and/or

C.) ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), and All must have

D.) Current CPR Certificate
