Job summary

Nike Inc in Petaluma seeks a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead a high-volume Nike Factory Store team. You’ll coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll handle daily operations, cash handling, inventory, and displays, with full-time hours (34–40 per week) including nights and weekends. Must be 18+, 1 year retail experience, and flexible schedule.

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $28.60. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
