Job summary

Nike Factory Store Napa is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team at our Napa location. You will guide customers to the best choices, manage store operations, and partner with associates to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

As a Nike Specialist, you will embody our Service Principles, coach team members, handle transactions, and maintain engaging displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $31.20. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
