Job summary

Nike Factory Store - Kittery is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-energy team and guide customers toward the right purchase decisions. You will help ensure top-notch service and store standards every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
