Job summary

Nike Factory Fort Worth is seeking a Retail Supervisor to deliver a premium boutique experience and guide customers on their fitness journey. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and help customers find the right products with authentic service.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required; experience in retail or consumer service is preferred and you will train on the latest Nike products and technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bringing a positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.

• Operate cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
