Job summary

Nike Inc in Gilroy, CA seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume Nike Factory Store team. You’ll focus on customer service, coaching staff, and delivering the right consumer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and the ability to operate a cash register, stock, clean and build visual displays while upholding Nike’s Service Principles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements: bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their wants and needs, and exceed expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates daily.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.50 to $29.25. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
