Nike Factory Charleston in Charleston, SC is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide daily store operations, stock displays, and support customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a collaborative attitude to help drive sales and store success. 18+ required, training provided.

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
