Mercy Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Neuro Stepdown to lead patient placement, staffing, and daily clinical operations on the night shift. You will act as a clinical resource, oversee activities, and support quality improvement initiatives while maintaining Mercy Service Standards.
The role requires RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and prior supervisory experience. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating care and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

The incumbent serves as a clinical resource and may perform direct patient care duties as needed to support departmental needs.
