• Must own a vehicle in good working order with a driving record with no major offenses; travel across Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
• Must have experience in management.
• Customer relations experience including handling complaints, concerns or questions from customers.
• Must have good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Visit and supervise multiple locations to ensure customer satisfaction across all locations.
• General cleaning, including trash removal, dusting, restrooms, break rooms, offices, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors, and window washing.
• Provide supervision, training, and certification of new employees, and give daily direction and worklists.
• Demonstrate urgency in completing tasks.
• Perform building walk-throughs and inspections as needed.
• Work with management on performance appraisals or handling client complaints.
• Keep track of supply inventory and communicate with management when orders need to be placed.
• Maintain and repair equipment when needed.
• Be dependable with flexible hours and rotating shifts; fill in for absent employees.

We are looking for a reliable and dependable supervisor to be the eyes and ears of the company and to ensure employee compliance and customer satisfaction across a variety of clients and locations.

This position reports to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for visiting and covering various locations to ensure customer satisfaction across all locations.
• General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices; sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors; window washing; Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.
• Ability to provide supervision, training, and certification of new employees, as well as give daily direction and worklists.
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Perform building walk-throughs and inspections as needed.
• Work with management on performance appraisals or handling any client complaints.
