Job Summary

Supports General and Assistant Managers in their duties. Has full understanding of all procedures necessary to operate the restaurant daily. After training, will have working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients. Leads shifts in FOH and BOH. Coaches and supervises employees, ensuring all steps of service are met. Communicates positively and professionally with staff. Performs all tasks assigned by management. Supports team efforts and adheres to company policies.
