Where You Will Work
Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.

Responsible for the business performance of the establishment. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit. Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards. Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management. Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance. Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Prepare end‑of‑day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
