  • Must have experience in the integrated functions of manufacturing.
  • Experience with rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in operations, inventory management, visual management systems, Microsoft Office products, inventory control/shipping software, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve warehouse operational objectives through the contribution of warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Meet warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, and creates processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Continuous development, implementation, enforcement, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
  • Create warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
  • Establish warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout, and implementing changes.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

The Materials Supervisor is responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and material movement, and supervising staff.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $56,300.00 - $80,255.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
