Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a supervisor for the 2nd shift (1:30PM-10:30PM, Mon-Fri) in Walker, MI. You will oversee workers handling incoming/outgoing shipments and enforce quality policies.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5–15 years of relevant experience, with a focus on ownership, accountability, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in verifying and recording shipments.
• Understand and explain quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in preventative actions and conduct corrective actions as required.
• Prepare composite reports from subordinates’ reports and conduct inventories.
