Quietflex Manufacturing, a member of Daikin Industries LTD. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Supervisor Manufacturing position (3rd shift). Quietflex Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer and supplier of flexible ductwork for residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as fiberglass mats for industrial applications. Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within a manufacturing facility to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. This position involves leading a team of production workers, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring output and equipment, and implementing continuous improvement practices. The supervisor ensures that production goals are met while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.The right candidate will be able to supervise and coordinate activities of production staff on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
