The Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations supervisor will support the execution of strategic initiatives for the Ottava production team. This role will focus on hiring, training and mentoring team members. In addition, this candidate will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks through Lean and Six Sigma, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and responsible for daily production build plan

• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Education: A minimum of Associate’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience
• Supervisory experience in medical devices
• Experience in Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong personnel management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in capital equipment in medical device manufacturing
• Familiarity with medical device labeling and packaging.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $91,000.00 - $147,200.00 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
