A Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are met, optimizing production workflows, coaching and developing team members, and fostering collaboration across shifts and departments. Degree and study in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other technical fields is preferred.* 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
