Interface Americas, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our West Point, Georgia facility to oversee production and team performance on the 2nd Shift. This role involves mentoring staff, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining safety standards in a non-climate controlled environment.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of supervisory experience within manufacturing. Responsibilities include direct supervision and training of employees, ensuring adherence to policies, and improving production methods.

Manufacturing supervisor will achieve business objectives through strategic responsibilities including: selecting, mentoring, and coaching employees; communicating performance expectations; monitoring performance; appraising and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures.
Interface is looking to fill a current Yarn Prep supervisor opening in our West Point RCA facility on the 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 2 PM –10 PM weekly with occasional weekends.
