Wolfspeed, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Durham Manufacturing Site in North Carolina. The role leads the night-shift production team, training staff and driving safety, quality and efficiency goals on the floor.

Here’s the Gist: You will lead an operations team at Wolfspeed’s Durham Manufacturing Site in North Carolina. The Operations Supervisor oversees each aspect of the production process; trains and supports staff and provides vital information on production goals. Your leadership will set the tone for the team’s success. Finally, Safety for your team and product are a vital responsibility. This position will be a Night Shift schedule.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): Associate degree or higher in related field Manufacturing experience with 1-2+ years in a leadership role, preferred manufacturing experience as a front-line supervisor (3-5 years) or relevant military experience Passion to inspire and develop employees while working in a dynamic, fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Ability to handle change quickly and efficiently – Fast paced work environment This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
