About the Role

As a Part-time Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring safe and legal trading.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrating Claire's products.
• Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
• Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ear piercing (full training provided).
• Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to stand during shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers.
• Ability to operate POS system.

Compensation Range: $12.20 - $13.70

Claire’s complies with all applicable laws. Compensation is at or above minimum wage, final amount depends on experience, education, skills, and location.

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, welfare plans, bonus, 401(k), vacation, sick, and paid leave. Part-time benefits include welfare plans, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and paid leave in required states.

*Sick Time: In Washington, accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
