Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity
About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
- Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally.
- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
- Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Demonstrating Claire’s products.
- Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
- Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Receiving full training for ear piercing.
- Keeping the store presentable and inviting to customers.

Qualifications - External
About You
- Some high school education required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understanding of the importance of customer service.
- Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
- Ability to stand during shifts.
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Capability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
- Ability to operate POS systems.
