About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
2. In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store and ensuring it trades safely and legally
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
5. Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge
6. Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
7. Ear piercing (full training provided)
8. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of customer service importance
• Strong math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems
