About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring safe and legal trading.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Providing customers with a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrating Claire's products.
• Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
• Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Receiving full training for ear piercing.
• Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
• Ability to stand during shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and handle merchandise.
• Ability to operate POS system.

Compensation Range: $17.00 - $18.50

We adhere to all applicable laws and policies. Final compensation depends on relevant experience, education, skills, and location.

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, bonus plans, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and paid leave. Part-time benefits include voluntary welfare plans, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and paid leave as required by law.
