Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Laredo, TX seeks a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership and deliver a superior customer experience. You will help manage daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and mentor associates to drive engagement and performance.

The role requires flexibility (evenings and weekends) and prior supervisory experience in apparel. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and an associate discount is offered.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
