Job summary

Guest Supply seeks an operations-focused supervisor to oversee maintenance, grounds, security, and power equipment across the facility. You will lead and develop maintenance staff, coordinate with third‑party providers, and ensure safety, compliance, and asset protection.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing expenses, and maintaining strong communication with other departments to facilitate efficient repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of on-the-job maintenance experience including electric pallet jacks and electric forklifts.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding, and AIB preparation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power equipment, and security.
• Review, coach, and develop the maintenance associates.
• Monitoring work, adherence to policy and safety requirements; issuing discipline when necessary.
• Maintains associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Assist with developing business relationships with third-party vendors (janitorial, pest services, security, external contractors, facility maintenance, beverage).
• Maintains current certificate of insurance and hold harmless agreements for all contracted vendors.
• Oversees selection, purchase, utilization, and inventory of assets in support of facilities and related departments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, expense management, compliance with government regulations, ensuring safety and security of the building, its contents and people and management and direction to facility maintenance staff.

• Coordinates with other departments as necessary to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with developing business relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third-party vendors, including but not limited to, janitorial, pest services, security, external contractors, facility maintenance and beverage.

Qualifications

Education
